5 ways to be an early riser


What time did you get up this morning? Can you wake up early? If you are not good at waking up early, I will tell you how to wake up early. I can make you an early riser!




1. Switch your alarm to your favorite music.
Do you use a cellular phone to wake up? What sound do you use? Alarm sound? If you set an alarm sound, I recommend that you set your favorite music. Then, you will wake up with good feeling.

2. Avoid eating before going to bed

3. Make reasons to get up in the morning

4. Put your alarm clock far from your bed
Where do you put your alarm clock? Do you put it near your bed? You should put alarm clock far from your bed because if you put it far from your bed, you must get up to stop your alarm clock. Then, you will wake up naturally.

5. Open the curtains after waking up

I agree with you, and I enjoy reading your article because I am not a morning person.

I use favorite song to get up too. However, gradually, my favorite song become my hate song. I should follow you.

I'm a not a morning person too!!!!
I usually get up at 8:00 am. but case by case. If I don't have a plan, I sleep until 1:00 pm. I'm not good at waking up early. I was late for school today because I overslept.

I hate getting up in the mornings as well. I have tried some of these tips before but it never really worked for me.

I have more problems trying to go to sleep. You should take a deep breath and stretch because you have to make your body relax. I experience that old hag syndrome. I had got tired. I noticed that sleep is quality over quantity.

Everyone hates getting up early. I usually sleep 6 hours or 7 hours. It is shortage for me.My ideal hours is 8 hours. I like sleeping.Today, I slept only 3 hours!!! I'm dying.

I often get up at 6 on weekends, because I work part-time from 9 to 14. My mother awakes me at 6 in the morning. If she doesn't awake me, I can't get up. Which ways do you recommend the best? Also, do you make reasons to get up in the morning? If so, can you tell me reasons?

In my opinion, the best way is "Make reasons to get up in the morning" because I often fall asleep again but If I have plans, I can wake up on time. I make plans ti get up in the morning. It is part-time job.
